What is Baby Dolls Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with Four weeks of receiving the item. However we are not the original seller and you must contact and/or consult the initial sellers terms for returns individually.

These items usually will include a free return shipping method.

- Watches (except those sold in Sports & Outdoors)
Large Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers
If you have to return a large or bulky item which was delivered using a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will help you through the returns process and will require you to contact our specialized customer service team, which can schedule the pickup of the item.
Note: Don't refuse the delivery of the item. To make sure that your return and refund are processed correctly.
Once you request a UPS pickup, UPS sends a driver to the address together with your shipping label within 1-5 business days. Ensure you've described the defect, damage, or error including that inside the returned package. In the event the original packaging still is available, return an item in this particular packaging. To help avoid issues with the pickup, remove any used shipping labels that are still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request
After the UPS pickup has been requested, you cannot cancel that request until following first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. Once the first pickup attempt, you may call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
